ALROG EU-CONSULT
Background
ALROG was founded in 2003 in
Berlin, Germany, by a former senior strategy consultant with the aim of
delivering strategy, management and evaluation support in the field of
European urban and regional development programs. Especially in regard
with the preparation and management of future European Territorial
Cooperation Programmes in an enlarged Europe 2007-2013.
In 2003
ALROG started its work in the new European member states with
institutional Public Sector Development as well as Cross Border
Development which has expanded over the last years.
As a
framework contractor for the European Commission the geographical
exposure has expanded to the East European countries. Recent projects
have been implemented in Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Kosovo,
Romania and Bulgaria. Projects in Candidate and Potential Candidate
Countries are planned at the moment.
In many cases ALROG
collaborates with complementary partners and experts in order to
provide the best possible expertise in each area of competence.
