Managing ERDF
In regard with ERDF Programs ALROG
gives Technical Assistance to the Monitoring Committee, the Steering Committee as well as to the Managing Authority and the Certifying Body (Paying Authority) such as:
elaboration of drafts of the
program documents
elaboration of the periodical reports
preparation and implementation of decisions of the Monitoring and the
Steering Committee
monitoring of the commitments and payments of ERDF funds at program
level
liaison management with the implementing authorities and evaluators.
.. to provide advice and assistance
to national and transnational projects regarding implementation of activities and financial administration
.. to monitor progress
made by projects through collecting and checking project monitoring
reports, monitoring outputs, results and financial implementation
.. to support national and transnational project development and implementation process in cooperation with all stakeholders
and to support co-operation in its different aspects
.. dealing with information
and publicity according to
the information and publicity plan
